The Blair Sleazeometer is Already Out of Date

If you've bought the Little Red Book of New Labour Sleaze, you'll have seen this Sleazeometer already. But it's already out of date. Since it was designed 10 days ago, another 5 scandals could have been added. Fellow bloggers should feel free to copy and paste it into their own blogs!

Within TLRBoNLS the "loans for lordships" scandal deservedly fills 3 pages. In the press at the time the donors were successfully spun as self-made men seeking to buy honours. When describing Levy's activities the real story seems to be one where the word fund-raising can be replaced with the word extortion. But until and unless the police do their job, all that can be gained by voicing this view is the rancour of powerful enemies.

Perhaps future editions should come out in filofax form. Then you could issue regualr updates without the need for a complete reprint each time.

Plus purchasers would have a handy place to keep library tickets, parking fines etc as well.

Hey! If you produce a Christmas special in this format do I get a cut of the profits?
