Alan Pardew's Black & Red Army

Spotted in Cobham doing his Christmas shopping - Alan Pardew and his lovely wife. Nice to see that he was sharing his West Ham payoff with the Salvation Army. Always said he was a top bloke. Not as great as the wonderful Alan Curbishley. No Sirree.

You are fickle. Such is the nature of the fan. Coach is dead, long live the coach. ASC needs to sort RCoker out - he has been awol on the field. I blame intro of the Argies - told you so.
Anyway I have a little punt with neigbour that Hammers finish mid table.

Iain, I would be interested to know why you don't seem that keen on Alan Curbishley [I may be wrong] ?

He spent some time being 'mentored', if that's the word, by Bobby Moore.

That seems to have rubbed off on him, as he appears a decent and honest bloke, but I will admit to not being any kind of expert on his coaching.

Down with the Charlton,
He'll take you down with the Charlton,
Down with the Charlton,
He'll down with the Charlton!

Curbs is an excellent choice. It's a shame Pards has gone but once you lose the dressing room that's it.

The players haven't put in the effort.
